What is the monthly subscription?
Our monthly subscription is your ticket to come along Albert's journey through time. You will receive a letter from a significant moment in history every month and, depending on which event you'll witness, will receive additional content (maps, images, historic documents, ...)

When does my letter arrive?
You'll receive your first letter, which is an introduction to the journey, within a few days of starting your subscription. Afterwards, the letters will arrive at (or around) the 7th of each month.

Can I try it before starting a subscription?
Absolutely! We offer a free trial that includes an explanation of the journey, an introduction to Albert, and an example of a letter. You can get your free trial here.

What is the difference between the subscription
The only difference is when you will be billed. If you choose a longer-running subscription, you can save quite some money. The letters themselves are exactly the same.

How much does the subscription cost?
We offer 3 billing cycles: monthly, every 6 months, every year. The letters get cheaper:
- $7.99 per letter when billed monthly
- $6.67 per letter when billed every 6 months
- $5.83 per letter when billed yearly

How do I sign up for the monthly subscription?
Choose your preferred billing cycle here and check out through our shop. That's all you have to do to start.

How do I cancel my subscription?
It's easy: just log into your account using the link in the top right corner. In your account, you can manage every aspect about your subscription. Click on "Cancel Subscription," and your subscription will end. If you face any issues, please contact us.

What if I have a problem or didn't receive my letter?
If you encounter any issues or haven't received your monthly letter, please reach out to our customer service. We'll be happy to send you a replacement letter.

Is my personal information safe?
We prioritize the privacy and security of our subscribers. All personal information is encrypted and securely stored within Shopify (the service we use to run the store). We will never sell your data to third parties.

Can I change my subscription plan later on?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan anytime by logging into your account using the link in the menu bar and navigating to the "Subscription" section.
